It's September 1st which for me is the first day of the fall season. I won't go full Halloween for a few more weeks but I will start indulging some cravings for things that are autumnal. I used to share food and recipes all the time on my old blog and I felt inspired to take another crack at sharing some delicious vegan goodies I made recently. Hey, it's me again with my first original post as part of the block party! I'm here to share a recipe of a fun drink I made. I made a post a few weeks back about how I had been cooking from the book by Guadalupe Rivera of Frida Kahlo's personal recipes and I decided to go "off menu" and make something of my own inspired by the cooking I had been doing from this book. This week for Frida Fridays, I'm doing something a little different! Frida's step-daughter Guadalupe Rivera came out with a cookbook based on Frida's personal recipes called Frida's Fiesta's: Recipes and Reminisces of Life With Frida Kahlo. You can check it out HERE on Amazon.
