Gummy Worm Popsicles

Yay it's officially fall! It means I'm ready for all things Halloween all the time. But what do you do when you live in a place where it can often be 90 degrees in October? Make Halloween popsicles! They're a simple to make and fun to eat treat when hot cider just isn't right.

The recipe:

1 can full fat coconut milk
2 cups raw spinach
1 haas avocado
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup agave nectar
Approximately 18 gummy worms (or candy of your choosing)

Place all ingredients except gummy worms into a blender and blend until smooth.

Place 2-4 gummy worms in each empty popsicle mold and then pour the liquid into the mold. Freeze for approximately 6 hours or until frozen.

That's it! So fun and easy. If you're vegan like me, just make sure your gummy products are vegan as many are not and I nearly bought some non-vegan ones when shopping thanks to poorly written web listings.

If you make them, I'd love to hear about it!
